Being the People of God for the Sake of the World

Welcome to Oak Hills Baptist Church!  We are a church community that seeks to be the people of God as we witness to Jesus Christ, love one another, and serve our community and our world.   We are very glad that you have visited this site and hope that you find it useful as an introduction to our church.

Oak Hills is a church that embraces vibrant worship, biblical preaching and teaching, and an intentional engagement with the history of the church universal and the world in which we live.  We strive to be grounded in Scripture and engaged with our culture, seeking to worship God with our hearts, our hands, and our minds.

We meet for worship services at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings.  At 9:45 a.m., we have classes for all ages – children, youth, college, and various adult forums where we study Scripture together and seek to grow in the Christian life. (Click here to see our calendar)

Believing that relationships and spiritual growth are central to becoming what God desires for us to be, we meet in small groups throughout the week. Some groups meet in the church building, but many meet in homes, restaurants, or businesses around Sioux Falls.
