Oak Hills Baptist affirms the following:   

• We believe that Jesus Christ is God’s Son, the eternal Word of God who took on flesh (John 1:14). The Bible is the written Word of God, the “God breathed” witness to Jesus Christ. It is our authoritative guide for belief and practical living (2 Timothy 3:16-17). 
  
  
• We believe salvation is achieved through faith in Christ’s death on the cross and resurrection. It is a free gift of God to which all are called to respond and which we receive by trusting in Jesus Christ. 
  
  
• We believe baptism is a sign of God’s grace and call upon us, as well as a testimony to a person’s decision to follow Jesus Christ and the entrance into a life of discipleship. --We regularly observe the Lord’s Supper to proclaim and remember what Christ has done for us and to be joined to Him and to one another. 
  
  
• We believe that God has uniquely gifted each Christian for carrying out His work. This involves serving one another and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with those around us.
